Welcome Baby

As I mentioned previously, we had birth in our family. Yes, we received fantastic news about baby girl Nela, born in Chzech Republic. We are so thrilled as this is their second child and what a perfect match to her brother! Huge congratulation to mum and dad!

I created this card to join in The Ribbon Reel Challenge #58

Rose Cottage

I must confess I haven't joined any of their fantastic challenges for couple of times!
Hope that this card will help me to make up with girls from
The Ribbon Reel Challenge Blog

Tammy  has chosen this beautiful image for us and asked to create a card using white, pink, flowers, ribbons and lace.

... and here is my card

I cut baby grow  from My Minds Eye Lost and Find collection

stamed the top part with Stampin'Up Tiny Tags crown,  the edges with Just Rite borders stamp and 'welcome baby' sentiment with Stampin'Up Petite Pairs. Ruffled pink satin ribbon for collar,

adhered two layers of pink tissue paper. Wraped with fantastic white cotton lace and white seam binding. Tied the bow embellished with pearl brad. Set up 3 large white eyelets,

then I folded back side of the panel to create feeling that there is a white shirt underneath. Added a twine and 'Made with Love' metal charm to finished.

Have a nice afternoon! We have rainy day in Kingston.

Puppy Love

Hello everyone! These weeks passed so fast by! Long time since I have posted! A lots of things are happening! We had one funeral in family, one baby girl born, one wedding on the way, job changes and some visitors in our little home in UK. I know it looks like from blockbuster movie :0), things are settling down slowly and I can concentrate on my craft projects again! Oh, I miss you so much.

Today I want to share a very cute card for Nat's Daring Cardmakers  challenge.

Creature Comforts

'This week I've had a little house guest of the furry variety - Lola the dog came to stay at what is becoming her holiday villa. ;o) So it got me to thinking about the pets in our lives and how it'd be nice to make a card featuring our furry best friends or those of the person you're making your card for.'

My card reminds me my very good English furry friend Tilly.

I used Scotty Dog clear stamp from Hobby Craft

Die cut rectangle window frame from Crate Paper Random collection. I found Love Elsie rub ons with pets theme in my stash for sentiments.

The frame was embellished with felt flowers and mint shiffon leaves and with cream grosgrain on the top.

“Dogs are our link to paradise. They don't know evil or jealousy or discontent. To sit with a dog on a hillside on a glorious afternoon is to be back in Eden, where doing nothing was not boring--it was peace.”
( Milan Kundera )

Have a glorious day!
